Use 5g of tea for a mug, or 7g for a pot. Use filtered water or spring water if it is available - you’ll end up with sweeter and more aromatic tea. Bring your water to a full boil, and brew the tea for about three minutes. Enjoy!
Use 7g of tea per liter of water. Use cold filtered water if possible, and seal the tea and water in a non-reactive jug. Refrigerate for 12 hours or more, strain and enjoy. Don’t worry about taking out the leaves. Drink within four days.
Use 7g of leaf for an 8oz vessel. Brew with filtered boiling water for a full five minutes for an extra strong tea. Pour into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake. Pour out into two glasses full of ice and enjoy flash chilled iced tea.
